Who We Are

S.E.S. Developments Limited is an established civil engineering and building contractor, founded in 1992. Originally serving the petroleum industry, we have successfully expanded into a broad range of civil engineering and building projects across multiple sectors.

We also have extensive experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the fast-paced fast-food restaurant sector, where programme certainty, safety, and minimal disruption are critical. By applying fast-track construction principles developed in high-demand environments, we consistently deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that provide real value for our clients.

Headquartered in Manchester, we operate throughout the whole of the UK, including Scotland and Wales, with a proven track record of completing projects safely, on time, and to exacting standards.
